Uncapped commission structure Monthly residual income from repeat customers High-margin product line Monthly bonuses Year-end bonuses Many successful representatives build long-term six-figure income streams through consistent prospecting, customer retention, and territory development. Example A $1,500 lubricant order at a 20% commission pays approximately $300. As customers continue reordering, those sales continue generating commission income.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospect and develop new business opportunities Prospect for new business through face-to-face visits with fleet, industrial, construction, agricultural, and commercial customers Present and demonstrate product value Close new business and maintain customer relationships Follow up consistently to earn and retain business Manage and grow your territory as your own business
