Job Description Location: NYC (Hybrid – at least 3 days onsite/week) Visa Sponsorship: Talan does not sponsor U.S. work permits or employment visas. We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team and support Agile delivery on software development projects. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience running Scrum ceremonies and a strong ability to remove blockers so the team can stay focused and deliver on time. Role and responsibilities Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog work, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, keep them short and useful Find and fix anything slowing the team down, whether it's a tech issue, a people issue, or something else Work closely with Product Owners to keep the backlog clear and ready for the next sprint Track team speed and progress, and share updates with stakeholders Keep the team focused , block out distractions, extra requests, and interruptions during sprints Turn feedback from retrospectives into real changes for the next sprint Qualifications 3+ years working as a Scrum Master Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar Preferred Certification: CSM, PSM I/II, or PMI-ACP Comfortable using tools like Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD tools like XLDeploy/XLRelease Company’s Benefits At Talan, we invest in our employees' well‑being and empower them with benefits, including: Salary between USD $100,000 - US$120,000 401(k) retirement plan with company matching 15 days of paid vacation per year at hire and up to 27 according to seniority (annual untaken vacation days are cashed out) 8 paid holidays + 5 sick days + 2 personal days per year Company health, dental, and vision insurance plans + FSA Voluntary STD and LTD Commuter/transit benefits All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
