Helpdesk Manager

We are currently looking for a Helpdesk Manager. We have 1 open position. Type : Contract to Hire Sponsorship Available : No Must have skills : Prior background working within a managed services provider (MSP) environment is essential. Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft's enterprise-level tools as well as Azure. A track record of overseeing a team in a previous position; a supervisory background may be considered depending on the scope of duties and the size of the group led. Proven ability to lead people effectively and drive results within a technical support setting. Responsibilities : Provide leadership across the Helpdesk, NOC, SOC, and escalations groups. Oversee the daily operations of a team of roughly 20 individuals, collaborating alongside two additional Helpdesk managers. Operate with a strong operational focus and a high degree of self-direction, guiding the team without requiring ongoing oversight. Embrace and reflect the organization's positive workplace culture, bringing a leadership approach that reinforces it. Serve as a supportive manager who builds strong connections with team members while remaining confident and decisive in taking charge to accomplish goals.
