Human Resources Manager Location: Bristol, IN Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 Why This Role Stands Out This isn’t a typical HR Manager job. What You’ll Own Be the go‑to HR leader for executives and managers Take charge of recruiting, workforce planning, and building talent pipelines Drive performance management, compensation strategy, and annual reviews Lead employee relations and culture initiatives across all levels Ensure compliance (OSHA, labor laws) without slowing the business down Jump into the trenches when needed—payroll backup, HR operations, and day‑to‑day support What We’re Looking For 5–8+ years of HR experience (manufacturing is a big plus) Proven ability to balance strategy with hands‑on execution Someone confident working with both shop floor employees and executives Strong communicator who can influence, push back, and build trust HR certification (PHR/SHRM‑CP) is a plus The Payoff Real influence — not just policy enforcement Visibility with ownership and leadership team Growth runway as the company continues to expand Strong culture with long‑tenured leadership Bonus eligible (annual, discretionary) Bottom line If you’re ready to step into a role where you can own HR, drive change, and be seen as a true business partner, this is worth a conversation. #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
