Patient Care Coordinator / Medical Assistant – Regenerative Medicine

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights or Weekends  

Are you a medical assistant or healthcare professional who is exceptionally good with people? 

ANEW Regenerative Medicine Specialists is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator / Medical Assistant who can combine clinical support with outstanding patient communication and follow-through. 

This is more than a traditional medical assistant position. You will help care for patients in the clinic while also guiding patients through treatment recommendations, scheduling, pricing, financing, and next steps. 

What You’ll Do  

Patient Care Coordination  

• Review the physician’s treatment recommendations with patients
• Explain treatment plans and next steps clearly and confidently
• Discuss pricing, financing, and payment options
• Schedule recommended treatments
• Follow up with patients who are considering treatment
• Answer questions and help patients feel comfortable moving forward
• Coordinate closely with the physician and clinical team

Medical Assistant & Clinical Support

• Prepare patients and treatment rooms
• Obtain and document basic patient information and vital signs
• Assist the physician and clinical team during patient care and procedures
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked clinical areas
• Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the clinic

Experience We Value
Previous medical or healthcare experience is strongly preferred.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience talking with patients about cash-pay services , including experience in settings such as:

• Med spas or aesthetic medicine
• Chiropractic practices
• Weight-loss or medical wellness clinics
• Other medical practices offering out-of-pocket services

Experience in regenerative medicine is not required . We can teach you our treatments.

• Learns quickly and works well with physicians and other clinical staff

Medical Assistant certification is a plus.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• Daytime hours
• No regular nights or weekends

Compensation
Competitive hourly compensation based on experience, with opportunity for performance-based incentives .
