Litigation Practice Support Lawyer

A prestigious Am Law firm is seeking a highly strategic Litigation Practice Support Lawyer to support sophisticated national litigation teams across Patent Litigation, IP & Complex Litigation, Securities Litigation, and Employment Litigation.
This is a unique role sitting at the intersection of litigation, knowledge management, attorney training, AI innovation, and legal technology. The position works closely with attorneys and firm leadership to enhance practice efficiency, develop substantive legal resources, drive AI adoption initiatives, and support thought leadership efforts across the firm’s litigation platform.
This role can sit in SF, Mountain View, Santa Monica, Seattle, NYC or D.C.
Key areas of focus include:
- Attorney training & mentorship
- AI and legal technology implementation
- Knowledge management & model document development
- Litigation-focused content and thought leadership
- Practice innovation & workflow optimization
- Cross-functional collaboration with litigation, KM, and innovation teams
Ideal candidates will have:
- 3+ years of litigation experience within a law firm environment
- J.D. required
- Strong legal drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
- Interest in AI, innovation, and legal operations
- Experience with attorney training, knowledge management, or legal tech initiatives is a plus
