Salary Range: $56k to 75K
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and experienced leaders to join our team in the following roles: Restaurant General Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Restaurant Manager . These positions are responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, team leadership, and operational excellence in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Open Positions

Restaurant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations
• Lead, train, and develop management and hourly staff
• Manage labor, food cost, and overall profitability
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
• Analyze sales and implement strategies to improve performance

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership and operational skills
• Experience managing budgets and financial performance

Kitchen Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen operations and food preparation
• Ensure food quality, safety, and consistency
• Monitor food inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Train kitchen staff on procedures and food safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of kitchen leadership experience
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to manage high-volume kitchen operations

Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Supervise staff, schedules, and service flow
• Ensure excellent guest experience
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and shift management
• Help maintain cleanliness and brand standards

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of restaurant supervisory experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules
