This role helps ensure products meet customer specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.Starting Pay: $26-$30/hr Based on Experience Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:30Responsibilities:Inspect products, materials, and welds for quality and compliancePerform process audits, product testing, and product layoutsInvestigate quality issues and support problem-solving effortsCollect and analyze defect dataMaintain gauges and inspection equipmentSupport containment and corrective action activitiesQualifications:1+ year of manufacturing, quality, or related experienceAbility to read blueprints and technical specificationsExperience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometersStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of ASME standards and Syteline is a plusHigh School Diploma or GED preferredPhysical Requirements:Lift up to 50 lbs.Stand and walk for extended periodsWork in confined spaces and at heights when neededWear required PPE, including safety glasses and steel-toe bootsWhy Join Watson?Competitive payBenefits packagePaid time off and holidaysAdvancement opportunitiesStable, growing manufacturing teamApply today and help ensure the quality and craftsmanship Watson Custom Tanks is known for.
