Business Development Representative (BDR/GTM) — Tampa, FL Join a YC-backed startup building the future of insurance. Beagle is hiring ambitious early-career reps who want to move fast, learn fast, and grow into leadership. We are launching our new Tampa office and looking for high-energy people who want to help build it from the ground up. About the Role Beagle is building the first fully automated insurance carrier. We’re hiring driven, coachable GTM reps to join our in-person team in Tampa. This is a ground-floor opportunity to break into tech, master outbound sales, customer onboarding, and account growth while working directly with property managers in a massive $1T+ market. You’ll be joining early, which means more ownership, more visibility, and significantly faster career growth than a traditional corporate role. What You’ll Do Make outbound calls and book meetings with property managers Keep CRM updated daily Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts Work closely with leadership in a fast-moving office environment Help establish and grow our Tampa presence What We Look For Strong communicator with confidence on the phone Comfortable talking to customers all day Thrives in high-speed, high-accountability environments Organized with strong follow-through Competitive mindset and willingness to learn No prior tech sales experience required — we care more about work ethic, coachability, and drive. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Compensation On-Target Earnings (OTE): $130,000+ Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) This is not a “stay in seat for two years” role.
