Job Overview Assists in daily clerical duties which may include, preparing new patient information packets, calling patients on wait and bump lists, filing, data entry, basic data entry or word processing, assisting with clinic survey services, and/or faxing, copying files, etc. Responsibilities Prepare New Patient Information Packets Assembles appropriate new patient information and prepares packet for mailing Utilizes IDX and written documents to determine appropriate information to be sent to individual patients Telephone & System Management Filing & Word Processing Accurately and efficiently types word documents Accurately processes and files documents Maintains patient confidentiality Data entry work Additional adhoc duties as needed Required Qualifications Currently enrolled in college Benefit Overview Fairview offers a generous benefit package including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
