Leadership Experience in the Skilled Nursing Industry
We are seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the skilled nursing industry. As a Regional Director of Admissions and Marketing SNF, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to grow our presence in the Asheville market. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and community leaders.
Census Development Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to grow our presence in the Asheville market
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and community leaders
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and mergers and acquisitions
Collaborate with our clinical and operational teams to develop and implement new services and programs
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development decisions
Develop and manage budgets and business plans to achieve growth and revenue goals
Provide leadership and guidance to our business development team
