Role Snapshot

We’re hiring a field‑oriented Construction Safety professional with 1–3 years of experience—ideally in heavy civil or industrial settings (highways, water/wastewater, industrial facilities)—to support multiple projects across Pennsylvania and New Jersey . You’ll blend field inspections , procedure development , and on‑site safety solutions to elevate performance across teams.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and conduct field safety inspections across PA/NJ jobsites.
• Draft, update, and improve safety procedures and protocols.
• Provide actionable safety recommendations during owner meetings and insurance reviews.
• Participate in project safety committees and partner with operations to roll out solutions.
• Respond immediately to on‑site concerns while maintaining strong, respectful crew relationships.

What You Bring

• 1–3 years in construction safety management.
• Solid command of OSHA regulations and their field application.
• Proven ability to write and revise procedures.
• Comfort with field inspections and coaching project teams.
• Local travel across Southeastern PA and NJ.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel .
• Ability to read construction plans/specs is a plus.

Preferred

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in safety, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience delivering internal safety training .
• Confidence speaking with owner representatives on safety matters.
• Success working across multiple teams and active jobsites.
• A positive, proactive approach to addressing concerns.
