About the Role:

Provider Health Services LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work weekends with an individual who is a male. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance

Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting changes in condition to nursing staff

Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety protocols

Support patients with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration needs

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients

Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with facility policies

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team

Requirements:

Current, valid CNA certification in the state of Ohio

Previous experience in a home health, long-term care, or clinical setting preferred

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach

Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients with physical needs

Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a care team
