Project Manager - Transformation

Our comprehensive range of products and services covers every link of the integrated supply chain – from maritime and inland terminals to marine services and industrial parks as well as technology-driven customer solutions.The Project Manager – Transformation is responsible for leading cross-functional business transformation initiatives that drive commercial growth, improve operational performance, standardize processes, and deliver strategic change across DP World's integrated supply chain business. This role partners with leaders across Freight Forwarding, Contract Logistics, Ports & Terminals, Technology, Finance, HR, Commercial, and Operations to deliver enterprise-wide initiatives that align with strategic objectives. The successful candidate excels at influencing without direct authority, managing diverse stakeholder groups, and driving execution in complex, matrixed environments.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Lead end-to-end transformation projects from business case through implementation and benefit realizationDevelop project charters, governance, workplans, milestones, budgets, RAID logs, and communication plansCoordinate cross-functional teams to align priorities, remove barriers, and deliver shared business outcomesFacilitate workshops to define current-state processes, future-state operating models, and business requirementsDrive organizational change by supporting stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption activitiesMonitor project health, KPIs, dependencies, risks, and issues; escalate where appropriateProvide regular executive-level reporting on project status, decisions, risks, and value realizationCapture lessons learned and embed best practices to support continuous improvement across the Transformation functionQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field5+ years of project management experience delivering complex cross-functional initiativesExperience in Transformation, PMO, Continuous Improvement, Strategy Execution, or Business Excellence environment preferredStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferredDemonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels without direct authorityExcellent facilitation, communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skillsExperience using MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar project management toolsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and change management capabilitiesSupply Chain industry experience required; experience in Freight Forwarding, Contract Logistics, and/or Ports & Terminals is strongly preferredBilingual capability is an advantage where required by the businessSUCCESS MEASURESProjects delivered on time, within scope and budgetRealization of targeted business benefits and operational improvementsHigh stakeholder engagement and adoption of transformation initiativesEffective collaboration across multiple business functions and regionsPlease note: This position does not offer sponsorship for employment visas.
