Logistics Coordinator/Simulation Operations Specialist

Illinois State University is hiring a Logistics Coordinator/Simulation Operations Specialist. The role involves providing technical support, managing organization, assisting in classroom management, and supporting the functionality of simulation education at the ISU/IDCFS Child Protection Training Academy. Highlights Provide technical and organizational support for simulation education activities. Assist with classroom management and technical troubleshooting. Use video, audio, and conferencing technology including Microsoft Access and Microsoft Office Suite. Coordinate and schedule simulation operations with a minimum of two years experience. Manage simulation equipment setup and operation, including virtual platforms for video conferencing. Hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Preferred qualifications include degree in Simulation Operations, Creative Technology, or related fields and knowledge of audio‑visual systems such as Qsys. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional work beyond regular hours and in‑state travel required. Hourly pay range is $29.74 to $30.77.
