Job Description An emerging aesthetic clinic is seeking a physician to support and oversee minimally invasive liposuction services in a collaborative care environment. The physician will work alongside NPs and nursing staff, ensuring compliance, safety, and high clinical standards. This role is less volume-heavy and more focused on oversight, guidance, and occasional procedural involvement. The clinic operates with a patient‑first philosophy, prioritizing experience and outcomes over high-volume production. There is high potential to become a medical director. Key Responsibilities Perform or oversee awake liposuction procedures Ensure medical safety and compliance during cases Collaborate with clinical staff and Medical Director Review and approve clinical documentation as needed Cellulite treatment Must Haves Active physician license (state appropriate) Procedural comfort in outpatient or surgical settings Availability for case based or weekend scheduling Dependability in a startup environment Nice to Have ACLS cert Liposuction or cosmetic medicine experience Prior experience working in lean or startup practices We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
