We are seeking a Maintenance Associate (Janitor)- Blink Fitness Watts to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
Responsibilities:- Keep gym floor in clean and orderly condition
- Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, machines (workout equipment) and deep cleaning locker rooms/restrooms
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Organize custodial closets and spaces
- Able to lift and move gym equipment weighing 15-20 lbs frequently and 45 lbs occasionally
- Works hard, multi-tasks and is a problem solver
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Complimentary Blink membership
- Fun working environment!
- Pay Transparency: $17.87/hr
