Plant Manager

We are conducting a search for a hands-on Plant Manager to lead operational transformation for a growing manufacturing operation in the building products industry.

This is not a maintenance-style Plant Manager role. We are seeking a leader with proven success optimizing production flow, improving plant efficiency, strengthening quality systems, and building a high-performance culture on the manufacturing floor.

Key priorities include:

• Production optimization / linear flow improvements
• Lean manufacturing & continuous improvement
• Quality management systems and process discipline
• Team leadership, accountability, and employee engagement
• Plant-level operational leadership with P&L responsibility

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Strong background in production/process optimization
• Experience leading Lean initiatives with measurable results
• Hands-on leadership style and strong floor presence
• Ability to drive change and create operational accountability

Experience within manufacturing environments are required.

Location: Greater Philadelphia area

Compensation: $150K–$180K base
