Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carries supplies & equipment from central receiving area & auxiliary storerooms to bar area.
- Fills ice bins.
- Ensure the bar is stocked with beer, wine, liquor, and juices as needed.
- Ensure bar is stocked with freshly cut fruit with backup garnishes available.
- Works on golf course (coolers).
- Assists bartender in any capacity with exception of pouring drinks.
- Communicate with bartender(s) on daily basis to ensure they are set up properly for service.
- Washes & dries glassware, utensils & equipment.
- Keeping the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles.
- Sweeps and mops floor areas if necessary.
- Performs other duties as required and assigned by Beverage Manager, Clubhouse Manager, and/or General Manager
Compensation and Benefits:
Base pay starting at $15/hr + gratuity
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) Plan after one year of service, complimentary employee meals, $50 cell phone allowance, two-week paid family leave, among other benefits offered.
