Legal Operations Specialist

The Keller Group is partnering with a stable public company in the Phoenix area in its search for a Temp-to-Perm Legal Operations Specialist. This role is structured as temp-to-perm, providing the opportunity to transition to a permanent position based on performance and business needs. This role will support enterprise contract management, legal technology platforms, workflow administration, governance processes and operational reporting. The ideal candidate will bring strong systems and process improvement experience, along with a background in legal operations or contract management and experience with Ironclad, their CLM system. This is a highly flexible hybrid opportunity, with just one day per week required in the office. Responsibilities Administer and support Ironclad (CLM), including contract intake, routing, approvals, metadata, reporting and lifecycle management. Manage day-to-day contract operations, including workflows, signatures, repository governance, and document control. Maintain and enhance legal operations tools and workflows, including Monday.com solutions used for complaint tracking, approvals, escalations, SLA management and reporting. Build and improve automations, business processes, dashboards and operational reporting. Support corporate governance activities, entity management, filings and related legal operations processes. Partner with Legal and business stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions. Qualifications Experience in Legal Operations, Contract Administration, CLM Administration, Contract Management, Compliance Operations or a similar role. Experience administering Ironclad or another CLM platform strongly preferred. Experience with Monday.com, workflow automation, reporting, and operational process management. Strong systems, process improvement, and cross-functional project coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with Legal and business stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
