Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Job Description Job Description Bellevue Family Practice is a thriving Family Practice Clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to patients of all ages. We are looking for a Certified Medical Assistant with at least two years of experience in a family medical clinic to support our clinical and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, empathetic and thrives in a fast-paced setting. Key responsibilities include: * Assisting providers during patient exam and minor procedures * Perform Clinical tasks, including vitals, administering injections and conducting EKG's * Manage patient records, schedule appointments, providing patient education and providing a positive experience for diverse patient population * Maintain a clean, safe and compliant clinical environment per HIPPA and OSHA standards * Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance forms and inventory management * Answer multi-line phones and either direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller's needs yourself * Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients * Communicate with providers and relay messages to patients based off the provider's notes Company Description Company Description
