Post-Acute Care Administrator & Executive Director

FullShift Staffing, LLC is seeking an Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our facility in Lakewood, Colorado. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations while managing department managers to meet quality and financial standards.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree in nursing home administration or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in healthcare and effective communication skills to maintain relationships with residents and staff.
