Logistics Commercial Process Management Intern (TikTok Shop - US Operation) - 2026 Start (BS/MS) Employment Type: Intern Responsibilities Support end-to-end supplier onboarding processes, including documentation collection, qualification review, and system registration Consolidate, organize, and maintain supplier and service provider records to ensure data accuracy and compliance Coordinate and track execution of contracts, and other procurement-related agreements Communicate directly with suppliers and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely onboarding and issue resolution Assist with vendor master data management within procurement systems Provide administrative and analytical support for sourcing initiatives and supplier performance tracking Generate reports and dashboards to monitor onboarding progress, compliance status, and procurement KPIs Identify opportunities to streamline procurement workflows and improve documentation processes Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, majors in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with familiarity with data cleaning and basic analysis Logical, detail-oriented, and able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and care Proven experience in organizational skills with high attention to detail Strong sense of responsibility, able to perform under pressure, and effective in team communication and collaboration Understanding of supplier lifecycle management and contract compliance processes (Preferred) Job Information The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75. Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
