Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, Tech

Keeper Security is hiring a 100% remote Associate Talent Acquisition Partner (from select locations) to support full-cycle recruiting and candidate onboarding logistics. Responsibilities Own key steps of the full-cycle recruiting process, including application review, candidate and hiring manager correspondence, interview coordination, and support for new hire onboarding activities Review applications and advance candidates who meet minimum qualifications Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms Facilitate communications between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely status updates throughout the interview process Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned junior, support, and other lower-complexity roles, including conducting screening interviews Launch assessments, monitor progress, and manage related communications Collaborate with HR and training teams to coordinate pre-employment screening and new hire onboarding activities Create and maintain process documentation, communication templates, and recruitment reporting Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the applicant tracking system Support special projects for the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams Requirements 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment Experience supporting or recruiting for roles within a technology or SaaS organization Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, candidate screening, and interview coordination Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to quickly build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders Ability to adapt to shifting priorities Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Experience handling sensitive or confidential information Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience Tools & Technologies LinkedIn Recruiter Applicant tracking system (ATS) Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision (inclusive of domestic partnerships) Employer Paid Life Insurance & Employee/Spouse/Child Supplemental life Voluntary Short/Long Term Disability Insurance 401k (Roth/Traditional) Generous PTO plan including paid Bereavement/Jury Duty Above-market annual bonuses Classification: Non-Exempt Location: Chicago, IL (remote) #J-18808-Ljbffr Keeper Security
