POSITION SUMMARY
This role supports The Department by providing pain management services within a hospital based setting. Responsibilities include evaluating individuals with chronic pain conditions, performing interventional procedures consistent with pain medicine training, and delivering care in accordance with applicable regulatory standards. The position offers a predictable schedule without call, night, weekend, or holiday duties.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Board eligible or board certified in Emergency Medicine and/or Pain Medicine
• Residency training in emergency medicine
• Training or experience in Pain Medicine
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Michigan
• Ability to practice within a hospital based pain management program

COMPETENCIES
• Management of chronic pain conditions in a structured clinical environment
• Performance of interventional pain procedures
• Coordination of patient care within regulatory frameworks
• Use of industry standard EMR and modern diagnostic tools
• Delivery of patient centered pain management services

WORK SETTING & ENVIRONMENT
Work Environment: Hospital; Outpatient; Clinic/Private Practice
• Hospital based pain management center with structured workflows
• Outpatient evaluations and interventional procedures
• Collaboration with clinical and administrative support teams
• Use of modern diagnostic and procedural tools
• Care delivery aligned with safety and regulatory standards
