Key Responsibilities:

• Review medical records, physicians notes and other relevant documents to determine the suitability of potential residents

• Serve as the primary point of contact for families and referral sources during the admission process

• Conduct tours of the facility and provide detailed information about services, amenities and care provided

• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, hospital discharge planners and social workers to coordinate admissions

• Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner

• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations regarding patient admissions and documentation

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology.

• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare facility or related setting

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
