Board Certified Occupational Medicine Physician / Pain Management Physician | Clovis, CAWellTech Partners is partnering with a well-established multidisciplinary Pain and Rehabilitation Group in California seeking a Board Certified Occupational Medicine Physician or Pain Management/Internal Medicine physician to join their Clovis-based team. This is a permanent opportunity with flexibility to start part-time, transitioning to full-time based on fit.This is a highly collaborative, outpatient role focused on chronic pain management, functional restoration, and workers' compensation care within an established multidisciplinary program.Position OverviewSetting: Outpatient Pain & Rehabilitation / Occupational MedicineSchedule: Monday–Friday (no nights, weekends, or holidays)Hours: Standard business hoursLocation: Clovis, CA (future expansion to Visalia & Bakersfield)Start Date: As soon as the best candidate is identifiedCompensation: $300,000 – $500,000 annually (DOE)Employment Type: Full-time or Part-timeKey ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain and work-related injuriesProvide functional assessments, treatment planning, and impairment documentationCollaborate with a multidisciplinary care team (pain, neuro, behavioral health, PT/OT)Communicate with external stakeholders including attorneys, employers, and case managersParticipate in a structured, specialized training model for workers' compensation careFocus on long-term functional outcomes and return-to-work planningTop Candidate ProfileBoard Certified/Eligible in Occupational Medicine, Pain Management, Internal Medicine, or related fieldActive or eligible California medical licenseExperience in Occupational Medicine or Pain Management preferredWillingness to learn workers' compensation systems and a unique chronic care modelStrong communication skills and patient-centered approachComfortable working independently in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environmentPreference for candidates living in or relocating to the Central Valley region (non-commutable roles are not ideal)BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with matchPaid time off and holidaysContinuing education stipendLicensure reimbursementRelocation assistanceBonus potentialWhat They're Looking ForOccupational Medicine or Pain Management background (Internal Medicine also considered)Comfortable working independently but open to structured learningStrong communication skills with patients and external stakeholders (attorneys, employers, case managers)Interest in multidisciplinary, tertiary-level pain carePreference for candidates based in or relocating to the Central Valley (non-commuter arrangements have not been successful long-term)To apply or learn more, please submit your resume through Welltech Partners.
