Crossroads Chevrolet—one of Southern West Virginia's largest and most trusted Chevrolet dealerships—is growing fast, and we want YOU to grow with us! In addition to our full lineup of new Chevrolets, we offer an extensive selection of high-quality pre-owned vehicles from all manufacturers, giving you unlimited opportunities to help customers find exactly what they need.
And now, with Matt Shaffer back as General Manager, our dealership is gearing up for a new era of energy, leadership, and success. We're building a supercharged sales team, and we're looking for motivated individuals ready to start a real career—not just another job.

No prior automotive sales experience required. We offer professional training to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to fit their needs
- Build relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Learn our inventory of new Chevrolet and pre-owned vehicles
- Follow up with leads and customers to create lasting connections
- Work as part of a high-energy team under proven leadership
