We're building an exceptional Relationship-Driven Investment Services practice within State Farm—and we're looking for the right person to build it with us.

Your Role

As our Private Client Wealth Advisor , you'll lead our agency's Relationship-Driven Investment Services efforts by helping clients make informed financial decisions through:

• Financial Reviews
• Life Needs Analyses
• Financial Needs Gap Analyses
• Wealth Accumulation Strategies
• Retirement Readiness Conversations
• Investment Solutions
• Life Insurance Reviews

Your mission is to build trusted relationships that help clients make confident financial decisions throughout every stage of life.

Qualifications

Required

• Active FINRA Series 6 License (or equivalent)
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
• Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuity License (or ability to obtain)

Preferred

• Series 63
• Series 65
• Experience in financial services, investment services, banking, or relationship management
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish

Compensation

• Competitive base salary starting at $38,698 - $62,377 (Based on Licenses and Experience)
• Relationship Growth Incentive Plan
• Performance incentives
• Potential first-year earnings of $60,000–$80,000
• Potential Income $100,000+
