This role located at our Bowling Green plant in Bowling Green, OH. The Shipping and Receiving Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all shipping and receiving operations, ensuring efficient and accurate movement of materials and finished goods, and leading a team of shipping/receiving associates.**Job Description:*** Manage and coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities, including inbound and outbound freight, material handling, and inventory control.* Supervise, train, and develop a team of shipping/receiving personnel, including performance management, scheduling, and task delegation.* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards within the shipping/receiving department.* Supervise sorting, staging, and inventory handling operations to support production and customer requirements.* Ensure shipping and receiving equipment is operated and maintained according to established procedures; coordinate repairs and maintain required supplies* Maintain a safe, secure, and organized work environment by enforcing safety policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices; promptly address and communicate potential hazards.* Collect, analyze, and report shipping and receiving performance metrics, trends, and operational data to support continuous improvement initiatives.* Support inventory accuracy through proper documentation and record retention practices.* All other duties as assigned.**Required Skills and Education*** High School or GED required* 3 to 5 years manufacturing experience; forklift operator experience required.* 2+ years supervising production staff preferred* Ability to work first shift hours, including weekends and overtime **About Dauch:**Dauch Corporation is a premier Driveline and Metal Forming supplier serving the global automotive industry with a powertrain-agnostic product portfolio that supports electric, hybrid, and internal combustion vehicles.
