The 2nd shift Manager will oversee the daily operations of the different sites we service to ensure goals and objectives are achieved. You will make sure all clients are satisfied, inspections are completed on schedule, all matters are communicated appropriately with employees/management/clients, and each client facility is secured at the end of each shift. Additionally, you will oversee all Floor cleaning for the company. You will ensure all deadlines are met and cleaning is done to the client's expectations.

Primary Job Duties

• Plans and organizes daily activities related to production and operations.
• Measures productivity by analyzing performance data and activity reports.
• Coordinates with other support departments to ensure successful production operations.
• Ensures all SOW metrics are met daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Coordinates with sales departments to determine staffing and organization of assets.
• Responsible for training of all new hires as well as annual training.
• Responsible for tracking and ordering supplies.
• Assists with, or prepares and updates, the organization's operations manual and policies.
• Reviewing and correcting timecards on a daily basis.
• Relationship management.
• Perform duties of subordinates as needed
• Performs other related duties as required.

Education and Experience

• At least 2 years of experience supervising a work crew is required.
• Experience effectively managing teams: solid staff retention, counseling and developing team members, etc.
• Experience with the commercial cleaning industry is a big plus.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Resourceful team player with a positive outlook and approachable demeanor.

• Physical requirements include stooping, standing, climbing, and frequent lifting of a minimum of 25lbs. of office and facilities equipment sometimes overhead.
• Specific abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Fast-paced office environment.
• PPE is required while on site
• Exposed to a combination of normal office-type environments and shop environments. Regularly exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise.
