Financial Analyst

Ensure application and process resiliency by addressing production issues during assigned shifts (non-business hours when assigned) Address user inquiries in a timely manner Provide requirements for and/or assist with the development of Mercury Plus's ICM and FAS forecasting engines Support the calculation of impacts associated with future model deployments Support the E2E testing of all engines within Mercury Plus Troubleshoot application-related issues in both production and, when needed, in lower environments Communicate performance patterns and trends to stakeholders Support environment-related maintenance and management Develop automated tools to assist with core responsibilities mentioned above Assist with Project Management tasks for the ICM and FAS forecasting engines Qualifications :3+ years of work experienc eProven experience with analytical tools: SQL, Python, Excel, and simila rGood knowledge of Fixed Income and/or Finance Analytic sAbility to analyze large dataset sAbility to work evenings and weekends for one week per month is necessar yExperience interfacing with and/or supporting mission-critical applications or task sBachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative fiel dExperience with JIRA, particularly creating dashboards and tickets, along with their maintenanc Keys to Success in This Role :Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and interact with business customer sAn analytical and imaginative mindset applied dail yRelentless attention to business and technical detai lEagerness to learn financial and quantitative model sA passion for customer satisfaction and process improvemen tDependability in addressing production issues during assigned non-business hour shifts (evenings/weekends #J-18808-Ljbffr
