SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER
A growing engineering consulting firm is seeking a Team Lead – Land Development to lead a team of engineers while managing land development projects from planning through construction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor engineering staff
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Review plans, reports, and calculations for quality
- Coordinate with clients, agencies, and internal teams
- Support proposals and project planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of land development experience
- Colorado PE preferred
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
