You will use strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving to deliver quality work. Your responsibilities include: Lead a crew on landscape installations and/or maintenance Load equipment and materials each morning, and maintain tools at day’s end Drive the company truck and maintain accurate time tracking at each location Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction Report progress with the Operations Manager Lead the crew to professional workmanship and communication Experience & Qualifications We’re flexible on the number of years of experience for this role. The must‑have requirements are: Age 18 years or older Valid driver’s license Experience working outdoors Nice‑to‑have experience includes: Landscaping experience Managing or supervising others on the job Pruning, installing plants, and/or installing outdoor living features Pulling a trailer Basic lawn equipment operation and maintenance Pay rate: $19‑22 per hour, depending on skills and experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Job Portal
