Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid state licensure as an SLP
• Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
• Background in early childhood and elementary speech-language services preferred
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other therapy professionals
• Strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills
• Adaptability in managing variable caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students with varying speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct intervention and monitor student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to goal planning and progress reporting
• Communicate regularly with teachers and families to ensure consistent support
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
