Freight Manager

Store - HSTN-SPRING, TX Responsibilities Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance, execution of Company policies, and accountability for store conditions and results. Manage and support truck processes and lead teams to ensure standards are met, achieve KPIs, and help the team reach their KPI goals. Execute and support the planogram process (POGs) to standard. Execute and support the AD set processes. Execute shrink and safety programs. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD). Maintain seasonal sets and feature space to meet visual merchandising standards. Interview, on-board, coach, observe, and train new team members; support talent development activities and participate in performance management activities. Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, promoting the organization’s vision and values. Assist customers by acknowledging them, locating products, and providing solutions. Assist with Omni‑channel processes. Cross‑train in Custom Framing selling and production. Qualifications Retail merchandising and customer service experience preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to remain standing for long periods of time. Ability to move throughout the store. Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching. Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment. Ability to receive reasonable accommodation through an interactive process with supervisor. Work Environment Public retail store setting with climate‑controlled customer areas; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled. Occasional outdoor work retrieving carts or unloading trucks.
