What You'll Do Process loan applications, manage customer accounts, make collection calls on past‑due accounts, and keep the branch running smoothly when the manager is out. You'll also cross‑sell products like tax services and referrals where applicable. What We're Looking For 1+ year of customer service experience Collections experience a plus (but not required) High school diploma or GED preferred Strong communicator with good people skills Comfortable with basic math and data entry Organized, reliable, and a team player Schedule Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Friday: 8:30 AM-6:00 PM Saturday: 8:30 AM-12:30 PM (seasonal, Nov-Mar, rotational) Some overtime may be required No Sundays!
