Job Overview:

The Project Superintendent will direct field execution for a major mission-critical/data center construction project and will be responsible for ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality construction in accordance with contract documents, project schedules, logistics plans, and company standards.

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate all field construction activities and assigned field personnel.
• Lead daily trade coordination, logistics, sequencing, deliveries, manpower planning, and workface readiness .
• Drive CPM schedule execution , short-interval planning, and recovery actions for critical and near-critical work.
• Coordinate long-lead deliveries, Owner-furnished equipment, temporary conditions, inspections, and testing .
• Enforce project and company safety requirements in coordination with the Safety/EHS team.
• Verify installations against current drawings, specifications, submitting, and approved changes .
• Support work-in-place verification and accurate billing percentages.
• Coordinate MEP startup, energization, commissioning readiness, punch-list activities, and field closeout .
• Manage subcontractor activities and ensure work is completed according to schedule, quality, and project requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with project management, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and other project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Progressive commercial construction field leadership experience preferred.
• Mission-critical, datacenter, and MEP-heavy construction experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, logistics, scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor management .
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, active construction environment.
