Logistics Analyst II

CommIT Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Analyst II to provide technical support and expertise across our Logistics, Supply, Acquisition and Maintenance domains in support of the United States Marine Corps MCSC G-4 in Quantico, VA. This position will require frequent customer engagement in order to understand and solve functional, business process and transactional issues; to support the accurate and timely delivery of products.

Our enterprise systems support includes the Department of Defense's (DoD) GCSS-MC, CAC2S, TBMCS-MC, and the Department of Veteran's Affairs' (VA) telehealth communications. Responsibilities

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:

• Provide subject matter expertise in the areas of Marine Corps logistics, specifically Requisition Management, receipt control and accountability, warehouse operations, birthing of assets, redistribution of material, and maintaining a complete audit trail of documentation to ensure proper accountability to support internal/external audits and FSMAO Inspections. All daily work will be conducted within the policy and procedures defined by the Marine Corps and the policies and business process procedures defined by the MCSC G-4 to facilitate accountability in both retail and enterprise level inventory activities and individual units/accounts.
• Provide technical expertise in the areas of Marine Corps logistics, material and supply management.
• Ability to facilitate accountability in retail and enterprise level inventory activities and units.
• Ability to prepare, maintain and control essential supporting documentation to document major events in capital asset's lifecycle from acquisition, transference, sub custody and final disposition and/or disposal in support of existence and completeness.
• Document and Report (word document) your weekly tasks to provide visibility and insight into work volumes, accomplishments, risks and issues. Your direct reports will feed overall status reports, and allow your team leads and the government to produce metrics and drive efficiencies and continuous process improvement.
• Be able to understand and fulfil the support needs of the client, work under pressure and time constraints to complete task and mission objectives, as part of a cohesive team.
• Potentially 10% of the time, this position could be asked to augment limited support for the Warehouse team, this could include lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

Required Experience and Education:

• 3-5 years of professional experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; preferred, not required
• Must have intermediate knowledge of Global Combat Support System – Marine Corps as an application user in property management and requisition management
• Potentially 10% of the time, this position could be asked to augment limited support for the Warehouse team, this could include lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.

Security Clearance:

• Public Trust, to ensure a CAC can be issued. (SF-85)

Travel:

• This position is onsite aboard Quantico MCB and travel beyond Quantico is not expected.
