Front End Developer

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces for web applications using Vue, React, TypeScript, and related technologiesTranslate UI/UX designs into clean, efficient, and high-quality codeOptimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness across devices and browsersCollaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL servicesImplement and maintain state management, routing, and component architecture best practicesEnsure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to established coding standardsWork closely with UX/UI designers to maintain visual consistency and deliver exceptional user experiencesTroubleshoot and debug complex front-end issues while continuously improving application performanceStay current with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practicesContribute to the evolution of our design systems and component librariesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field4+ years of professional experience as a Front End DeveloperStrong proficiency in Vueor React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)Solid experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or similar)Experience with responsive design, CSS-in-JS, and modern styling approaches (Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, etc.)Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programmingUnderstanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practicesExperience with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflowsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailPreferred QualificationsExperience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industryFamiliarity with Nuxt, Next.js or other modern front-end frameworksKnowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)Experience building data visualization dashboards or complex enterprise applicationsPrevious work with design systems or component librariesMust be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation; however, reasonable accommodations will be provided for qualified individuals with disabilities unless doing so would impose undue hardship.The total compensation package for this position will also include incentive compensation and benefits such as health insurance, unlimited paid time off, parental leave, a 401k matching program, and other benefits to its employees.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.This is a full-time, onsite position requiring five days per week in the office.If you reside in a state or locality with enacted pay transparency laws, you are entitled to request and receive additional details regarding compensation and benefits.
