About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our team of nursing professionals on our weekends. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care to our residents, ensuring that our standards of excellence are met, and guiding our team towards achieving exceptional outcomes. Your exceptional leadership skills, coupled with your clinical expertise, will make you an invaluable asset to our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursing department on weekends, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and support

• Provide leadership and guidance to our nursing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and open communication

• Conduct nursing assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to promote optimal resident outcomes

• Collaborate with other departments, such as therapy, dietary, and social services, to ensure comprehensive care

• Monitor and report on resident outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing change

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Current Pennsylvania RN license

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a long-term care setting

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

• Strong clinical knowledge, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
