Responsibilities Have a minimum of three years of relevant labor and employment law experience at a firm representing employers. Possess knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act and experience representing employers in connection with unions. Counsel and represent employers in relation to federal and state employment laws. Maintain strong academic credentials and excellent communication and writing skills. Engage in substantial direct contact with clients and participate in professional and new client/business development opportunities. Qualifications The expected salary range for this position is USD $220,000.00 – $275,000.00 per year. Salary offers are based on a range of factors, including relevant skills, experience, education, licensure or certification, and firm and market considerations. Successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus and a generous employee benefits package.
