Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active SLP licensure in good standing
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also welcome
• Prior experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings is a plus
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and therapeutic environment for children of diverse backgrounds

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing students’ unique needs
• Deliver evidence-based speech therapy in both one-on-one and group settings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support goal achievement
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and progress monitoring
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation and ensure compliance with school and state regulations
