Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to individual client requirements, highlighting the benefits of solar energy solutions. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and upselling additional services or products. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues, sharing insights, and contributing to a positive team environment. Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the company's CRM system. Qualifications: Sales Experience : Proven track record in sales, preferably in solar energy or related industries. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation and commitment to delivering exceptional service. Self-Motivation: Self-driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite ,and other sales tools.
