What You’ll Do:

Lead and support team members during shifts to deliver excellent service
Execute daily operations with a focus on speed, accuracy, and hospitality
Drive team engagement and coach performance
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
Communicate with clarity, consistency, and care
Set the pace, model the standard, and lead by example

Who We’re Looking For:

Strong leadership skills with a servant-hearted mindset
Proven experience in food service, retail, or team management
Calm under pressure and confident in decision-making
Great communicator with high emotional intelligence
Willing to learn, grow, and take ownership
Availability to work full-time, including some evenings or weekends
