Human Resources Generalist Surge Staffing Columbus, Ohio, United States We’re Hiring: HR Generalist We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and support key people initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding Partner with managers and employees on HR-related matters Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance requirements Support employee engagement and performance initiatives Assist with payroll, benefits, and other HR programs Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a generalist HR role Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment IND3 #J-18808-Ljbffr Surge Staffing
