Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate the mental health needs of clients, employing evidence-based practices to determine appropriate treatment paths.

• Deliver short-term individual counseling sessions and crisis intervention services to address a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relational issues.

• Organize and lead therapeutic groups and workshops aimed at fostering skills development, coping strategies, and personal insight among participants.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community organizations to coordinate comprehensive support services, ensuring patients receive holistic care tailored to their individual needs.

• Engage in proactive outreach and community education initiatives, such as mental health awareness campaigns and wellness workshops, to promote wellness and destigmatize mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role serves a diverse clientele ranging from adolescents to adults, primarily focusing on individuals experiencing emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• Active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n
