Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and candidates
- Manage front desk, phone calls, mail, and shipments
- Maintain office and pantry supplies
- Handle office-related billing, invoices, and payment submissions
- Support meetings, events, and team lunches
- Assist with new employee onboarding (desk setup, access, welcome pack)
- Track office expenses, contracts, and renewals
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on office matters
Qualifications:
- 13 years in admin, reception, or customer-facing role
- Associates degree required; Bachelors preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Slack, WeChat
- Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and work independently
