Customer Relationship Manager

As a Customer Relationship Manager at Honeywell, you will serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for some of our most strategic customers. You will be responsible for building strong partnerships, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring customers realize maximum value from our solutions and services. In this highly visible role, you will proactively engage with customers, understand their business objectives, anticipate challenges, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your ability to foster long-term relationships, influence stakeholders, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement will directly contribute to customer loyalty, retention, and business growth. You will report directly to the Customer Relationship Director and work in a hybrid environment at our designated office location.
