We provide essential Attendant Care and Home and Community Assistance to vulnerable populations, including the elderly and individuals with disabilities, through the state's PathWays for Aging, Health & Wellness, and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) waiver programs.We recognize that the home care industry is currently facing a severe workforce crisis driven by wage stagnation and a lack of support for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). Harmony Care Partners operates on a fundamentally different labor dynamic: we believe that delivering high-fidelity, person-centered care starts by fiercely supporting and valuing the caregivers who provide it.To solve the staffing shortages that leave families waiting for essential care, we are aggressively disrupting the legacy agency model by offering a premium starting wage of $19 per hour plus benefits. We hold active contracts with major Managed Care Entities—including Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Humana Healthy Horizons, and UnitedHealthcare Community Plan—ensuring consistent, reliable placements and hours for our team.
